This day was all about our parents! One thing that they love – are buffets. 🤪 There’s just something about filipino parents and their buffets. It’s the “go-to” when in doubt. It’s a common thing perhaps when you can maximize the amount of food they can intake, try out different dishes, and customize the serving size. For parents who spend so much time looking at the menu at a-la-carte restaurants and can’t select a dish, this was the way to go.
This was actually the first time our parents sat down together in one table and ate. No matter what food was presented, we were happy this moment became possible. Sure the restaurant was nicely decorated with a little waterfall when you walk in inside but it was the quality time we spent together that mattered most!
